Women's Wellness Workshop

10:00-11:00 (Free) We will discuss vital nutrition and practical ways to succeed during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum.

11:00-12:00 (Free) We will address the self-care needs of pregnancy and postpartum. This will include emotional changes and challenges, exercise, stress reduction, and much more.

From 10:00-1:00, we will have a massage therapist available to do 15-minute chair massages for a small fee.

1:00-3:00 (separate ticketed event, $40) Women's Wellness Tea -

We will be featuring hormone balancing seed cycling cookies to make a practical and delicious addition to your hormone balancing routine. Also, we will have a sweet, nutritious bento box of goodies as we discuss doable nutrition strategies for a healthy female body.
