Art & Tea Therapy

We specialize in helping people adapt to stress & find their calm. With this session, we will be working with the sense of touch. It signals the brain to relax & we are all about that! If you or someone you know is struggling with anxiety or inability to relax, this is the session for you. We will be working with finger paint art, playdough, & practice progressive muscle relaxation. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a kid again as you just play without any expectations. We will be serving little snacks & tea that encourage relaxation as well.
